SILL
A sill is the natural floor covering in buildings interiors, a resistant layer 
made of a plain concrete , leaving the surface on view or on demand a coating can be placed for finishing.
This type of floor requires contraction joints arranged in a grid , with a length of each side no more than 6 m . , and it have a contour seal to isolate the hearth of structural elements such as columns, walls and blocks.
